ABOUT THE JOURNAL

INQUEST, a peer-reviewed journal, is published by Chandidas Mahavidyalaya and publishes original, peer-reviewed papers concerning current research in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences. The journal accepts both original, unpublished research articles as well as invited papers/reviews. We strive to contribute to the emerging trends in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences.

GOOD QUALITY is our primary expectation, and we DO NOT CHARGE for publishing in our journal. There shall be a standard nominal charge for a printed copy of the journal which will be informed to the author(s) of selected manuscripts.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

  • The manuscript is to be prepared in English language only.
  • The length of the paper should be between 3000-5000 words, including References.
  • The paper should include an abstract of 150- 200 words. Authors must provide Five (5) keywords for their manuscript.
  • The paper should be typed in Microsoft Word in Times New Roman with a font size of 12 and a line spacing of 1.5. References should be prepared according to the guidelines of APA 6th Edition.
  • The paper should have a proper title, author name(s), affiliation(s), email address and complete postal address. Author(s) of selected papers will be contacted for a short bio during publication.
  • A declaration is to be submitted that the article is original and unpublished and not being considered for publication elsewhere. Please find the format here.
  • Standard rules against unethical practices shall apply.
